Q: How do I get the Smart Choice Card?

A: You can complete the online application here or through a sponsoring employer or association. We offer monthly memberships. Pay online with a credit card or check.

Q: What will I receive after I register?

A: You will receive a membership information kit that includes your Smart Choice membership card along with a membership booklet. This will contain the phone numbers and websites you will need to begin saving. It will also provide additional instruction on each specific service.

Q: When can I begin using my Smart Choice Card?

A: You can begin using your card as soon as it arrives in the mail. Be sure to review your member information booklet for details.

Q: Can my family use my discount card?

A: All for one and one for all! The Smart Choice Card is good for your entire family. For one low monthly membership fee, your spouse and all dependent children living in your household are eligible to use the Smart Choice Card.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?

A: No. There is a one-time application fee of $3.95 paid at the time of registration. After that you will be charged monthly according to the package you select.

A: Our Customer Service Department is available to assist you between 7am and 7pm CST, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 8am and 5pm CST at (800) 385-8443 option 1. In addition, we have listed the customer service phone numbers for each savings provider in your membership booklet.

Q: How do I change my address on file?

A: Simply call us at (800) 835-8443 option 1 to update your personal information. You may also e-mail us at customerservice@smartchoicecard.com.
